KEEN-EYED COACHING is here!!

I am proud to announce the launch of Keen-Eyed Coaching and my bold new approach to health and wellness. Here you find new options, clarification, and views towards your overall holistic wellbeing. I will also be posting recipes, workouts, and other helpful tips that I feel are insightful. Not everything I post will work directly for you and as my mentor says, “One persons medicine is another person poison.” In other words, what works for me, might not work for you but my job to use my keen eyed methods to help you find what works for you.

Alright, So I hear you thinking, “What exactly do you do?” The short answer is that I am a coach just like any other you may have had in sports, but my focus is on your health and helping you reach your personal health goals. I will teach you everything you need to know, but at the end of the day, the buck stops with you. If you are truly ready create transformational change, then a coach like myself can be the perfect catalyst and ally to support, encourage, and provide accountability to reach that goal and make is stick!
