It is great to be able to share success stories and testimonials of my clients! Chris W. came to me back in August of 2015 wanting to make changes to his life. He was frustrated with his weight, health, and recent biometric results. I will let Chris explain his success in his own words, but will say that over the last three months he has made some incredible life changes. We had our initial consultation and Doug made it very comfortable to open up about some very personal issues going on in my life and to explore how they were affecting my diet, exercise habits, and my environment. Doug has held me accountable with my eating and exercise habits. We have found exercises that work with my schedule and a diet that I am happy with and can get creative making meals rather than my usual choice of eating out and all the worst things I could possibly eat. Doug has been supportive when I have gone off track and he has guided me back without making me feel guilty and letting me know that we all have our moments we go off course.
I am 3 months into my six month bi-weekly sessions with him and I am down to 250 lbs and feeling incredible about my accomplishment and generally feeling better! My energy levels have jumped dramatically and I look forward to my daily walks at lunch time and the endorphin rush after. Doug is consistently encouraging and pushing me to continue with my progress. Slow and steady is the best way and that’s what I’m doing!
I have recommended him to friends, family and coworkers, where one coworker has hired him already after seeing my results so far. Doug has us working with each other in an effort to push the other and hold each other accountable with a playful competitiveness. Doug makes you feel good about your accomplishments and encourages you to push for those goals. We have reevaluated some of my 6 month goals in an effort to push me as well as to maintain my new healthy lifestyle.
I have 3 months more to go and I really feel that with Doug’s encouragement and sessions, I am going to hit that goal of 220 lbs and have more confidence in myself! I highly suggest you give him that chance to point you down that path to your goals and take that step for yourself!
