DSC_3224Keen-Eyed Coaching strives to provide the best options for your personal needs. Below is a listing of the different program options we offer. I want you to know, as your health coach, I will work directly with you to ensure that you reach your goals over the course of your personalized program. Together we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

During our time together you will transform yourself and achieve your optimum health regardless of what program you choose. My personal goal is for you to reach and exceed your goal no matter what they are.

As a client of my health coaching program(s), you will:

6 Month Programs (12 Session Package)3 Month Programs (6 Session Package)Single Session

The program is 6 months long because you are going to be learning about and taking action in all areas of your diet and lifestyle.  This can only be accomplished by taking a long term approach.  Imagine taking an opposite path. You try to quickly turn your life completely upside down in two weeks:  how you shopped, what you ate, how you moved your body, your past held limiting beliefs. You would either become extremely frustrated, fail miserably, or it would never be sustainable!  The beauty of taking the longterm approach is you will be making just a few powerful changes every couple of weeks, accomplishing new and exciting milestones, almost not even realizing the amazing transformation your are experiencing.  From the time you start to six months later, you will be in an entirely different space; lighter, full of confidence, boundless energy, and ready to succeed and be healthy long into the future!

Individual Program- This program is intended for individuals who are fully committed to changing their lives for the better and fully intend to commit to improving their health for the rest of their lives  The two of us will be working one on one to design your personalized health plan in order to achieve your goals.  Sometimes you will find that what you had originally come to me for is vastly different than what we end up working on. As we progress forward there will be a need to make minor coarse corrections to keep you on track and get to your goals!

Couples Program- This program is perfect for individuals who what to make a transformation with that special someone by their side.  What better way to make changes and have the them stick than with an accountably partner who will push you to greater heights as you do the same for them.  A couple can be living in the same home or not. Whether you are partners, roommates, siblings, parent & child, or best friends you are a couple and can partake in this option. It can be an inspiring adventure making healthy changes with someone close to you.  Maybe you are newly retired and want to enhance your health so you can ensure your enjoyment of this wonderful new chapter in your life. Maybe you know that your success will depend on the accountability, support, and team effort from you and your partner. Whatever the reason, I have seen the couples approach not just be extremely successful, but also a way to actually grow and strengthen your relationship!  Inevitably, once you start taking better care of your own  body an wellbeing, those lessons and feelings will start to trickle into other areas of your life – including your relationships. Not a bad effect if you ask me.

Group (3-10 People) – This program is designed for people who cannot afford an individual program.  It is setup for groups of three or more individuals who wish to make diet and lifestyle changes.  There are some unique benefits that group sessions provide like the ability to have a wider support network when you encounter struggles, the opportunity to listen, learn, and grow through another persons experiences, a set of peers who are trying to achieve similar goals, and a larger sense of communities “We are in this together!”.  I host specific group programs throughout the year, but can facilitate them at any time. If you have any kind of group (friends, couples, small company/ organization, co-workers, family, or congregation) and you are interested in experiencing health coaching with them, please get in contact with me and let’s talk!

Individuals or Couples – The 3-month program follows the same approach as the 6-month program, however, it is a shorter commitment and moves at a faster pace.  If you believe you only have a few changes to your health, or your are not ready to commit to a full 6 months yet, this option is perfect for you.  You will still be learning all the necessary knowledge and tools to get healthy.  You can make incredible transformations in just three months with hard work and dedication as long as you stay the course. You will be amazed at how quickly you can make changes within a short amount of time. 
Individual or Couples – If you are looking for a great starting point to getting healthy and are the type of person who can do things on your own once you have a plan, this option is for you.  In addition to providing custom recommendations, I will outline the keys thinks you must do to get healthy and give you and executable plan to follow.
